Bowers hybrid striped bass are grown in a natural pond environment. Daily feeding and careful monitoring of our bass ensures a premium quality product. When the hybrid bass have reached a desirable size, they are harvested with extreme care. The harvested fish immediately fall in a chilled ice slurry and are transported to the processing plant only minutes away. In our temperature-controlled facility, the fish are sorted and packaged by hand to reduce any bruising to the product. After packaging, the premium quality product is transported nationwide to our valued customers.
