Seafood Soup

1/4 cup chopped onions

1/4 cup chopped green peppers

1/4 cup chopped celery

2 tablespoons butter

1 quart water

1-7 1/2 oz can tomatoes

1 small can tomato paste

Salt and pepper to taste

1 pkg. noodle soup mix

1 1/2 lbs boiled Bowers Shrimp

1-7 1/2 oz can crabmeat

 

Sauté onions, green peppers and celery in butter until tender but not brown. Add water, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil on high. Add dry soup mix and reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add crab and shrimp and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Serve hot in bowls garnished with parsley.
