Shrimp Cheese Log

Bring 1 quart water to boil and add:

 

3 tablespoons shrimp boil, ¼ chopped white onion, ½ chopped bell pepper, ½ sliced lemon, 2 drops Tabasco sauce, ¼ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper

Add 1 pound Bowers Shrimp and boil for 5 minutes. Allow to cool then peel and chop the shrimp.

 

Mix together the shrimp, 1 tablespoon green onion, 1tablespoon lemon juice, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, 1-8oz. Package cream cheese, 1 table spoon fresh parsley, 1 tablespoon accent, 1/8 cup chopped pecans.

 

Firm into log and roll in 3/8 cup chopped pecans. Sprinkle with paprika. Chill for at least four hours and serve with crackers.
