Shrimp Cocktail

 

Small boiled and peeled Bowers Shrimp

1 cup ketchup

2 tablespoons horseradish

1 tablespoon lemon juice

½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon hot red-pepper sauce

 

In a small bowl combine all ingredients, except shrimp. Mix together well and chill. Garnish with lemon quarters and parsley.
