Shrimp in Garlic Butter

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons parsley flakes

12 oz of peeled and deviened Bowers Shrimp

 

Place butter in custard cup. Microwave on high for 30-45 seconds until melted. Stir in garlic powder and parsley flakes. Place shrimp in a shallow 9 to 10” diameter dish and pour butter mixture evenly over them. Cover tightly. Microwave 5 to 8 minutes until shrimp are opaque, stirring every 2 minutes. Let stand, covered, for one minute. Serve.
