Spicy Blackened Shrimp Tacos

 

1/4 cup butter

1 lb peeled and deveined Bowers Shrimp

Cajun blacking seasoning (Tony Cacheres or Chef Geoffrey Michael’s)

4 to 6 flour or corn tortillas

1 cup chopped tomatoes

1 cup chopped lettuce

1/2 cup chopped onions

shredded cheddar cheese

 

Coat shrimp with seasoning and sauté in butter 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat. Heat tortillas and fill with shrimp, tomatoes, lettuce, onion, and cheese.
