Tex Mex Shrimp Dip

1 cup chopped and boiled Bowers Shrimp

1 cup nonfat sour cream

6 oz lowfat cream cheese

1- 4 1/2 oz can olives, chopped and drained

3/4 cup finely chopped scallions

3/4 cup chopped tomato

2 cloves finely chopped garlic

2/3 cup finely chopped cilantro

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

2 tablespoons lime juice

 

Mix all above ingredients in a medium sized bowl and chill covered for at least 2 hours. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips or pita wedges.
